Yulia brought to my attention a fantastic cruise through Tahiti and the Society Islands. This was during the late-covid period. (We knew this could be risky.) She very professionally booked this tour, and kept me advised as the situation (covid) changed in Tahiti. Unfortunately, Tahiti suspended all cruises due to higher covid cases in Tahiti. Yulia worked very closely with the tour provider and guided us through the refund process. Even though this created a lot of extra work on her part, she never once complained. She is VERY EASY TO WORK WITH. Even though this trip didn’t happen, I know we will work with her again. She has access to many excellent, gorgeous, exotic resorts which may be less at risk than traveling as far as Tahiti. Wanted to thank Yulia Leibovitch for arranging our awesome Spring Break Vacation, 2021 to Rivera Maya, Mexico. Everything was top-notch!. Flights were on time and Resort “Dreams Natura” was more than what we hoped for. It is so much better to go through a Travel Agent than doing it online by yourself. I highly recommend Agora Nuevo Travel and Yulia Leibovitch our agent for all your travel needs. My husband and I decided to go to Mexico for the week of New Year’s Eve. I contact Yulia Leibovitch and I asked her for her advice. Initially, we wanted to go somewhere which was well renown but, after she gave us a few choices we decided to go to TRS resort part of the Grand Palladium resort located in Akumal. The resort was top class: food, service, rooms, entertainment. We loved it there! Yulia was very professional and she responded quickly to all my emails and text. The day before our departure I got an email from her saying that she is at our service if we need her help throughout our vacation. Who does that? I was pleasantly surprised which such service. When we got back from our vacation, I also received an email from her asking us how was our vacation. She was genuinely interested in our opinion. It was a pleasure working with her.

I have used a few travel agents in the past and Yulia is the best. We were planing a trip to Caribbean recently and I thought I found a great deal through one of the big vacation firms. Still I wanted to use Yulia’s services to have a professional book the trip. Imagine my surprise when she was able to book the same deal through another company that got to be hundreds of $ cheaper. There was another time when I misspelled one of the names and Yulia spent half a day on the phone trying to minimize the fine from an air courier. Its always a joy to use Yulia’s services, prompt, precise, and most importantly very efficient finding the best deal. No more switching travel agents for me.
